1. General
1.1 The following policy applies for purchases made through www.mysticsense.com.
1.2 We do Our best to provide the best service available in the world of psychics. However, We accept that there will be occasions when You may not be satisfied with the service You receive from Us.
1.3 If You are a customer of Us and You are unhappy with Your last paid psychic reading, We may give refunds (recredit) for some psychic reading purchases, depending on the refund policy described below.
1.4 All capitalized terms otherwise not defined herein shall have the meaning afforded thereto in the Terms.
2. TIMEBACK/RECREDIT:
2.1 You cannot receive a full-deposit refund after having a session with a psychic, as the only option should you be unsatisfied with your reading is to get the time back/have credits added to Your account.
2.2 You must request Your time back within 48 hours of the reading.
2.3 The time will only be recredited if it is Your last paid psychic reading. In other words, if You had another reading with a different psychic after the session you want a refund for, we will not accept it.
2.4 The time back (credits) will be applied to Your account within two business days of Our review.
2.5 You can only receive up to 10 minutes of Your time back, not more.
2.6 You may not make another request for time back with the same psychic.
2.7 You can ask for up to one time back request each month, and this only applies if You have made at least two other successful sessions - this means a total of three for the month at the time of the refund/time back request.
2.7.1 You may only ask for a total of five time back requests in all Your subscribed period.
2.7.2 If this is Your first session ever, We will not ask for two more successful sessions this month.
2.7.3 The time-back request can only be made once per psychic.
2.8 Your account must be in good standing to request and receive Your time back.
2.9 We reserve the right to refuse any time back request.
2.10 By asking for a timeback or recredit, You give Your permission for Your recording/transcript to be read by Our agents to ascertain the validity of Your claim.
2.11A refund will be refused if you have used threatening, violent or abusive language to any of our advisors.
2.12 If You have deleted Your session log it will remain on Our servers for seven days after the session occurred, not seven days after You deleted the log. This means, if You delete Your session log and then ask Us for a time back or recredit, We will be able to assess Your request for seven days after the session. However, We will not grant a time back or recredit under any circumstances once the session log has been completely deleted from Our servers - that is to say seven days after the session occurred, not seven days after the log deletion.
3. FULL DEPOSIT REFUND/CASH-BACK RULES:
3.1 If You are a customer of Us and are requesting a cash refund of Your unused deposit within 48 hours, We may issue a refund in accordance with the following rules:
3.1.1 You have requested a refund no later than 48 hours after Your payment.
3.1.2 Your deposit is entirely unused/not spent in Your account
3.1.3 A customer can make a cash-back request one time only.
3.1.4 We reserve the right to refuse any cash-back request.
4. PLEASE NOTE:
4.1 We may change this refund policy, at our own discretion, from time to time without notice.
4.2 We reserve the right to prevent you from using the service in the future.
4.3 We reserve the right to close any account with or without notice following a review, if the customer is found to be violating user terms, including the following:
- Threatening to contact a bank or dispute the charges as unauthorized to recover the money deposited and used for the reading.
- Sharing contact details with the psychic reader and paying psychics outside of the platform.
- Not respecting psychics or prejudicing against them on the basis of race, accent, or grammar. If you think your case is different and would like us to personally examine it, please Contact Us
